NC leadership flays BJP’s communal policies
Srinagar: National Conference leadership has expressed strong criticism of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) policies in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Farooq Abdullah, who heads National Conference, delivered a powerful address at a rally in Karnah. He condemned the BJP’s divisive policies and said the ruling party is spreading communal hatred, particularly against minority communities like Muslims.
Farooq called for unity to counteract these divisive tactics and hold the BJP accountable for its failures in addressing critical issues such as unemployment, development, and corruption.
Meanwhile, Omar Abdullah, vice President of the National Conference addressing election programmes emphasized the need to reject any political forces aligned with the the Bharatiya Janata Party.
He asked Kashmiris to prioritize the interests of Jammu and Kashmir and its people, particularly in light of political developments since August 5, 2019.
