Omar Abdullah vows to continue fight for Kashmiris’ rights and dignity
Srinagar: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, National Conference vice president, Omar Abdullah has vowed to continue struggle for protecting the interests, unique character, and dignity of the people of the territory.
According to Kashmir Media Service, addressing rallies in different areas of north Kashmir, Omar Abdullah emphasized the ongoing struggle to restore democratic rights in the region. He urged the public to reject anti-Kashmir forces.
Omar Abdullah stressed that the National Conference has consistently advocated for peaceful solutions. “We have started a peaceful and democratic struggle for the restoration of our democratic rights. Today, we face economic and political slavery, and it is the duty of every conscious citizen to protect our historical state”.
“We are fighting for the entire nation, advocating for the release of all prisoners held in jails outside J&K,” he pledged.
The NC leader also addressed the concerted efforts by various entities, including BJP and agencies from New Delhi and Nagpur, to weaken his party and manipulate electoral outcomes. He urged the citizens to counter these external influences by exercising their voting rights effectively.
