Two more Kashmiri employees suspended in IIOJK
Srinagar: Indian occupation regime has suspended two more employees in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the BJP regime, alongside the judiciary, is using various departments, including the election department, to terminate Kashmiri employees on baseless charges. This is seen as part of a broader agenda to purge government departments of Kashmiri employees and advance its Hindutva ideology in the territory.
The suspended employees include Mushtaq Ahmad Khan and Shabir Ahmad Rather, who were working as Contingent Paid Workers (CPW) in the Education Department in Ganderbal district.
The suspension order stated that the employees were disengaged from service with immediate effect as per directions received from the Nodal Officer MCC Ganderbal. The order claimed that the employees were actively participating in election campaigns of a local political party.
Since 2019, the BJP’s puppet regime in IIOJK has terminated over 160 employees from their services. Observers believe that Kashmiri Muslim employees are being selectively targeted.
