Gulshan Devaiah slams Vivek Agnihotri for propaganda film
Mumbai: Indian actor Gulshan Devaiah has criticized filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri for waging a propaganda in the name of “pain and trauma” of Kashmiri Pandits in his film, The Kashmir Files.
According to Kashmir Media Service, in a media interview, Devaiah expressed his disappointment in Agnihotri’s approach, stating that he used propaganda footages to publicize his film on social media.
Devaiah called Agnihotri’s actions “exploitation” and stated that he is critical of the filmmaker’s approach.
The Kashmir Files was released in 2022. It faced criticism for its propaganda tone.
