Man perishes during soil extraction in Budgam
Srinagar: A man lost his life after he came under a landslide when he was extracting soil in Chrar-i-sharif area of Budgam district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir Wednesday late night.
The Kashmir Media Service reported that Ishfaq Ahmad Khatana (27) son of Shabir Ahmad resident of Bajpathri Watakullo Chrar-i-sharif came under a huge mound of soil when he was extracting it for land fill at Bajpathri Budgam, the local police officials said.
They said that Khatana died on spot while proceedings in this regard have been taken up.
