Two Indian cops die during blast at repair of equipment operation
Srinagar: Two Indian soldiers died in a blast during a critical repair operation of arms and ammunition in Ladakh.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Indian Army soldiers were holding a repair of arms operation when a blast occurred. Cfn Sankara Rao Gottapu and HAV Shahnawaz Ahmad Bhat, sustained fatal injuries during the operation and after medical efforts, both succumbed to their injuries.
The incident highlights the dangers faced by Indian military personnel.
