Authorities impose ban on drones in Kargil
Kargil: The authorities have imposed ban on use of drone in Kargil district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the order was issued by the District Magistrate Kargil Shrikant Balasaheb Suse. The order said, as per request of SSP Kargil a ban on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) is being imposed to reduce the apprehension of any risk to the security.
The order shall not be applicable to Indian forces agencies including police, paramilitary, and SPG as well as defense forces, it said.
