August 5 will be observed as Youme-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir: Zamarud Khan

Islamabad: Chairman of Pakistan Sweet Home Zamarud Khan has said that India’s unconstitutional and illegal actions of August 5, 2019 will be observed as Youme-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir and different programmes will be organized in Islamabad and other cities of the country.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Zamarad Khan expressed these views during a meeting with a delegation of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter in Islamabad.

He said despite Indian oppression, the people of Kashmir have continued their struggle for freedom from India and would take it to its logical conclusion at all costs.

Zamarad Khan said that the Modi government tried to change the Muslim majority status of the people of IIOJK through its illegal move in August 2019, which was rejected by the Kashmiris.

In the meeting, consultation was also held on the holding of a program to be organized by Pakistan Sweet Homes and Hurriyat Conference in Islamabad on August 5.

Zamarud Khan said Pakistani people are with their Kashmiri brethren and India’s nefarious designs will fail and Kashmiris will get freedom from India. India cannot subjugate Kashmiris for long, he added.

The APHC-AJK delegation included Altaf Ahmad Butt, Mushtaq Butt and Imtiaz Wani. Hurriyat leaders said that on August 5, 2019, the Modi government had conspired to change the population ratio in occupied Kashmir for advancing its Hindutva agenda.

They said they will continue to raise their voice against the unconstitutional measures of India and would raise the Kashmir dispute at every world forum.
