SIA attaches property of APHC-AJK leader Kifayat Rizvi in IIOJK

SRINAGAR: The New Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency (SIA) has attached immovable property of APHC-AJK leader, Kifayat Rizvi in Srinagar, Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the SIA attached a plot of land measuring one Kanal and three Marlas in the Shariefabad HMT area of Srinagar city. This action was taken on the orders of the Additional Sessions Judge Jammu (NIA court in Jammu), as per an SIA statement.

The SIA said that Kifayat Rizvi was involved in pro-freedom activities alongside detained leader of Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami, Fayaz Hussain Jafary in the territory.

In addition to his political role, Kifayat Rizvi is a journalist and editor of Kashmir Media Service, where he has been highlighting Indian atrocities and Hindutva agendas in IIOJK, and advocating for the resolution of the Kashmir dispute.
