NIA charges two youth in IIOJK in fabricated case, allegations denounced
Jammu: India’s notorious National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against two youths from Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir in a fabricated case.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the chargesheet, submitted before the NIA Special Court in Jammu, names Waheed Ul Zahoor, a driver, and Mubashir Maqbool Mir.
Police claim Zahoor is an overground worker and allege that “incriminating materials” were found during searches at his residence in Mujgund, Srinagar.
Mubashir Maqbool Mir has been identified as a “conspirator” in the case, with authorities asserting that he and Zahoor were collaborating with each other.
Critics have condemned the allegations as absurd, stating that the Indian occupation regime is framing Kashmiri youth in fabricated cases to instill an atmosphere of fear and harassment in the territory. However, they have maintained that such brutal tactics cannot suppress the ongoing freedom struggle.
