YFK holds seminar and award ceremony to mark Youm-e-Istehsal
Islamabad: The Youth Forum for Kashmir (YFK) in collaboration with the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) organized a seminar and award distribution ceremony to commemorate Youm-e-Istehsal, the day of exploitation of Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the seminar featured an expert panel discussion on the repercussions of the revocation of Article 370 and 35-A on the future of the conflicted zone and the Kashmiri people.
The panel included prominent speakers such as Dr. Shazia Sobia Somroo, MNA, PPP, Ambassador Syed Abrar Hussain, and Ms. Farzana Yaqoob, former minister AJK, among others.
The event was attended by students, young scholars, academia, and representatives of think tanks.
The seminar concluded with the distribution of cash prizes among the winners of an article writing competition organized by YFK. The competition aimed to encourage young writers to express their views on the Kashmir issue and its impact on the region.
