Indian Army involved in militancy in IIOJK: Farooq Abdullah

Jammu: National Conference President Farooq Abdullah has said that the Indian Army is involved in militancy in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Farooq Abdullah addressing a press conference said that the Indian army had made the lives of innocent Kashmiris miserable in the occupied territory and deprived them of their basic human rights. Not only is the situation deteriorating in the occupied valley, but drug trafficking is also taking place, he added.

Farooq Abdullah questioned that the army was deployed on a large scale on the borders of occupied Jammu and Kashmir, yet how is terrorism possible in the valley? People are dying daily in the occupied valley and the Indian army is responsible for it, he maintained.

Farooq Abdullah said that earlier India made a baseless claim that 600 Pakistani commandos were present in the occupied valley, but in reality, the behind-the-scenes Indian army is involved in worsening the situation in the Kashmir valley. He said the state terrorism of the Modi government has now come to the public.
