Farooq Abdullah assaults BJP for intimidating Hindu voters in IIOJK
Srinagar: National Conference (NC) president Farooq Abdullah has assaulted the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for intimidating Hindu voters in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, ahead of the upcoming so-called assembly elections.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Abdullah addressing a rally in Srinagar said that the BJP is using “fear and intimidation” to influence voters, particularly in the Jammu region.
Abdullah’s comments come after Indian Home Minister Amit Shah’s recent visit to occupied Jammu and Kashmir, where he announced several development projects and reached out to the Hindu community. The NC president criticized Shah’s visit, saying it was an attempt to “divide” the people of Jammu and Kashmir. KMS-12K
