KSL will highlight Kashmir cause at world level while promoting sports: Rana Sanaullah
Islamabad: Adviser to Prime Minister on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah has said that the Kashmir Supreme League will not only promote sports but will also highlight the Kashmir cause.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Rana Sanaullah addressing the inaugural function of Kashmir Supreme League said there is no dearth of talent in Pakistan but we need to bring it forward.
He appreciated the spirit of Kashmir Supreme League management and prayed for its success. All possible support will be provided by the government in this regard, he added. He said this League belongs to Kashmir and along with promoting sports, it will also highlight the cause of Kashmir in the world.
Meanwhile the General Secretary of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir chapter, Advocate Parvez Ahmad, speaking on the occasion said the Kashmiri people love Pakistan selflessly. He said, “We have been seeing since childhood that Kashmiri people break their TVs when the Pakistani cricket team loses a match and release firecrackers when they win, for which the Indian authorities torture them and put them in jails.”
He said even today, Kashmiri youth are detained in jails under the black law Public Safety Act (PSA) for celebrating Pakistan’s victory.
Advocate Parvez Ahmed said Kashmiris are still chanting “We are Pakistanis, Pakistan is ours”. He said that Pakistan was an advocate of the Kashmiris and hoped that it would never leave Kashmiris alone.
