Indian police warn Kashmiris against pro-Nasrallah posts on social media
Srinagar: Police in Indian illegally occupied Kashmir have issued an advisory cautioning social media users against posting content in favour of Hezbollah’s martyred leader Hassan Nasrallah and against Israel.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the advisory, posted on X, urged users to refrain from sharing “divisive” content, warning of strict legal action under relevant sections of the law.
“Any individual found posting or sharing sectarian, inflammatory, or provocative content will face stringent legal consequences,” it stated.
Nasrallah’s death has triggered spontaneous protests in Srinagar and Budgam districts, remaining largely peaceful.
