Hindutva goons rampage through Muslim shops, looting goods in Bihar
Patna: The Hindutva goons attacked Muslim shops in Bihar, causing significant damage and looting goods.
According to Kashmir Media Service, during a Durga Puja idol immersion rally, these goons carried out a rampage in the Basbita market area of the Majorganj police station in Sitamarhi district. The attackers shouted provocative slogans and were armed with sharp weapons. When the police attempted to intervene, the goons assaulted the uniformed officers as well.
The police later arrested several individuals, including Adarsh Kumar, Shivam Paswan, Nikhil Kumar, Subhash Kumar and Ujjawal Kumar, recovering a pistol and bullets from them.
In a separate incident in Dhenga village of Sitamarhi district, clashes between two groups during the idol immersion led to the deaths of two persons and left ten others injured.
