Indian police arrest three, including woman, in Baramulla
Srinagar: Indian police have arrested three individuals, including a woman, in Baramulla district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Rafiq Ahmad Sheik, a resident of Hundi Nowshera, was detained at a checkpoint near Bela Crossing in Boniyar. Following this, a woman named Shameema Begum was arrested during a raid on his home in the Lari Kasi area of Boniyar.
Additionally, Owais Bashir Shakari, from Shercolony, Sopore, was apprehended at the Adipora crossing in Sopore.
The Indian police have used various justifications for these arrests, which have become a routine practice in IIOJK. These actions are seen as attempts to intimidate and coerce Kashmiri people into submission under the guise of law enforcement.
