Indian forces kill 12 tribal men in Chhattisgarh

Bijapur: Indian forces have killed 12 tribal community men in disturbed Chhattisgarh state of India.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the Indian troops killed the men during a cordon and search operation (CASO) in the forest of south Bijapur district.

The Indian police officials in a statement claimed that 12 Naxalites were killed while the search operation was still going on in the area.

With this, 26 tribal men, including two tribal women, whom Indian forces named them Naxalites, have been gunned down in separate operations in the state so far this month.
