World must recognize Kashmiri people’s unparalleled sacrifices: Mushaal Malik

Islamabad: Mushaal Hussein Malik, wife of incarcerated Kashmiri leader Yasin Malik and Chairperson of the Peace and Culture Organization, has urged the world to acknowledge the immense sacrifices made by the Kashmiri people in their struggle for freedom from Indian occupation.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Mushaal made these remarks while leading a Kashmir Solidarity rally at Express Chowk in Islamabad. A large number of civil society members, students, and citizens participated in the rally, waving Pakistani and Kashmiri flags.

Mushaal Malik paid tribute to the resilience of the Kashmiri nation and strongly condemned India’s ongoing genocide against Kashmiris. She stated that anyone who raises their voice for Kashmir faces oppression, but the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs will never go in vain. She asserted that these sacrifices have further strengthened the resolve of the Kashmiri people.

She also accused India of illegally seizing Kashmiri homes and called on the international community to wake up to these injustices. Questioning the United Nations’ failure to hold India accountable, she demanded the immediate release of innocent Kashmiris detained in the occupied territory.

Mushaal Malik emphasized that Kashmiris are among the bravest people in the world and urged the global community to stand with truth and justice in the name of humanity.
