Pakistan is our destination: PM AJK Anwarul Haq
Bhimber: The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwarul Haq, has stated that the destination of Kashmiris is Pakistan and Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir will be soon liberated.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Chaudhry Anwarul Haq made this statement while addressing a ceremony after the inauguration of the Bhimber Electricity Operation Division Bhimber-2. He said that India must stop the ongoing brutality in IIOJK, or else no one will be able to stop the youth of the base camp from crossing the Line of Control to save their Kashmiri brethren.
PM AJK further stated that Army Chief General Asim Munir has taken a clear stance on the Kashmir issue, saying that we have fought three wars for Kashmir, and if we have to fight ten more, we will. Kashmir was a part of Pakistan yesterday, it is today, and it will remain so in the future. He added that the Army Chief’s statement has encouraged the Kashmiris who are engaged in the just struggle for their right to self-determination.
He also paid tribute to the sacrifices of Pakistan’s armed forces on this occasion. He further stated that he has worked 18 to 20 hours a day for the service of the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, providing the public with affordable electricity and a historic subsidy on flour. He mentioned that through the Social Protection Welfare Program, a reasonable monthly amount will be given to the underprivileged segments of society so that they can live with dignity. During the ceremony, the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir also raised slogans in favor of the Kashmir freedom movement.
On this occasion, senior minister Waqar Ahmad Noor, government ministers Chaudhry Arshad Hussain, Chaudhry Azhar Sadiq, and others were also present.
