Modi’s policies are based on Hitler’s fascist ideology: Speakers at Kashmir Conference

Brescia: Speakers at the conference condemned Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s policies in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and stated that his policies are based on Hitler’s fascist ideology.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the Kashmir Solidarity Conference, held in Brescia, Italy, marked the conclusion of the two-week-long Kashmir Solidarity Campaign organized by Tehreek-e-Kashmir Europe. This was the largest Kashmir solidarity conference held in Europe, with participation from the Kashmiri and Pakistani communities from various cities in Italy.

Speakers addressing the conference stated that the purpose of the event was to expose Indian state terrorism in IIOJK and to support the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination.

The event was addressed by British Member of Parliament Afzal Khan, President of Tehreek-e-Kashmir UK Fahim Kiyani, Assistant Consul General of Milan Ahmed Waleed, Community Welfare Attaché Waqar Khan, and Hurriyat leader Shamim Shawl, who addressed the conference via video link.

The speakers stated that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the face of Hindutva RSS. They expressed concern over India’s plans to establish illegal settlements in occupied Kashmir, similar to the Israeli model, and urged the international community to take immediate action against India’s actions.

The speakers also emphasized the need for political activism to highlight the Kashmiri struggle for freedom, stating that political representation is essential to effectively raise voices against oppression.
