Kashmiri student killed, two critically injured in Punjab road accident
Chandigarh: A Kashmiri student lost his life while two others sustained critical injuries in a tragic road accident in Punjab state of India.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the accident occurred when a motorcycle carrying three Kashmiri students collided with a car in Ludhiana city. As a result of the collision, Mudasir Ahmad, a resident of Pattan in Baramulla district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, died on the spot.
The other two students identified as Zahid Ahmad from Bandipora and Momin Ahmad from Sopore were critically injured and have been admitted to a local hospital for treatment. Their condition is reported to be serious.
All three were enrolled in a college in Ludhiana and were pursuing their education at the time of the accident.
The JKSA has expressed grief over the tragic incident and urged the authorities to ensure proper medical care for the injured students.
