Indian police book hotel owner for accommodating Thai nationals in IIOJK

Srinagar: Indian police have booked a hotel owner in the Islamabad district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, a case has been registered against a hotel in the Pahalgam area for allegedly failing to report the stay of two foreign nationals, which Indian police claim is a violation of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025.
Indian police personnel led a search operation targeting hotels and guest houses in the Pahalgam area. During the operation, the owner of Hotel Golden Heritage, Rafting Point, Yenner, was booked for accommodating two Thai nationals without submitting the mandatory Form C.
Separately, Indian police arrested three persons, including two residents of Srinagar, during a crackdown operation in Tikri, Udhampur district in a fabricated case.
