Rich tributes paid to Raees ul Ahrar Ch Ghulam Abbas on his death anniversary

Mirpur (AJK):Rich tributes were paid to the pioneer leader of Kashmir freedom movement Raees ul Ahrar late Ch Ghulam Abbas on his death anniversary observed today at both sides of the Line of Control, including Azad Jammu and Kashmir and rest of the world wherever Kashmiris are settled.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Kashmiris dwelling either side of the Line of Control and rest of the world, especially activists of All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference observed the death anniversary of the former supreme head of Azad Jammu Kashmir government Raees ul Ahrar Chaudhry Ghulam Abbas with the renewal of the pledge to continue the mission of the departed Kashmiri leader till the liberation of the occupied part of the Jammu Kashmir from Indian subjugation.

Quran Khawani was held in various parts of AJK territory, occupied Kashmir and various parts of Pakistan for the departed soul. Special meetings were held at almost all AJK districts, including Mirpur, Kotli, Muzaffarabad, Bhimber, Bagh, Sudhanoti and Rawalakot to pay glorious tributes to the late leader for his remarkable services for the Kashmir freedom movement.

Addressing the special gatherings to mark the day, speakers paid rich tributes to the founder leader of the Kashmir freedom movement coupled with renewal of the pledge and determination to follow his foot prints for the completion of his mission of the liberation of occupied Jammu Kashmir state from the Indian tyrannical rule. They also renewed the pledge to continue the ongoing struggle for freedom of occupied Jammu Kashmir from Indian unlawful occupation and achievement of their right of self determination till the achievement of the final victory.

In Mirpur, a prayer meeting was held here to pray for the rest of the departed soul in eternal peace besides to mark the death anniversary of Ch. Ghulam Abbas was held under the auspices of All Jammu Kashmir Muslim Conference.

Speakers vowed to continue the mission of late Ch. Ghulam Abbas to get the occupied land of Jammu and Kashmir from Indian clutches and translate the idea of accession of the entire Jammu Kashmir to Pakistan into reality.
