Probe launched into discovery of ‘SGA Pakistan’ marked balloons in Jammu

Jammu: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, two balloons of apparent Pakistani origin were recovered from separate locations.
According to Kashmir Media Service, one balloon, found in Pacholi village of Purmandal, Samba, bore the marking “SGA Pakistan” in both English and Urdu, while the other, discovered in Swankha village of the Ramgarh sector, reportedly carried a Pakistani currency note. Both balloons were lying in open agricultural land and have been seized for investigation.
Authorities are probing the circumstances under which the balloons reached the occupied territory.
Observers note that while India’s militarized approach, combined with heightened vigilance, plays a role in preventing immediate escalations, the long-term situation remains fragile. A lasting solution, they stress, requires addressing the unresolved Kashmir dispute in accordance with international law and UN resolutions.
