Indian forces intensify night vigil in Srinagar
Srinagar: Indian forces’ personnel have intensified night vigil across Srinagar, Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, officials said that during the night hours, joint teams were deployed at key junctions, entry and exit points and other sensitive areas, where vehicles were checked and identities of commuters verified.
They said that night vigil and surveillance would continue in Srinagar and surrounding areas in the coming days.
Meanwhile, the Indian Army’s Sabre Brigade conducted an intensive training programme for Village Defence Guards, notorious for killing civilians, at Purmandal in Jammu, focusing on enhancing their operational readiness and coordination with forces.
