Indian forces launch CASO in Udhampur
Jammu: Indian forces have launched a cordon and search operation (CASO) in the Majalta area of Udhampur district in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
According to Kashmir Media Service, the operation involves personnel from the Indian army, Centre Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Special Operations Group (SOG).
Authorities claimed that during the operation, forces’ personnel came under fire, triggering an encounter.
Additional reinforcements have been rushed to the area, while the operation is underway, they added.
