BJP govt imposes anti-Islam content in school syllabi to spread hatred

New Delhi : In a terrible Islamophobic act, the BJP-led Indian government has introduced objectionable and anti-Islam content in new school textbooks, aimed at poisoning young minds and damaging social harmony.

According to Kashmir Media Service, a glaring example has surfaced in Jharkhand, where the Hindi textbook “Sahitya Sagar” taught in schools contains material insensitive toward Islam that can create a negative, anti-Muslim impact on children.

Similarly, in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, New Delhi has imposed revised syllabi that distort Kashmir’s history and promote content biased against Muslims.

Observers warn that BJP/RSS-driven Hindutva ideology is using education to push narratives of division, intolerance, and misinformation instead of truth, mutual respect, and understanding.

“Education should build bridges, not spread hatred,” said an educationist, as concerns grow over the saffronization of curricula to target Muslim identity and heritage in India and IIOJK.
