Indian police arrest six activists in Manipur

Imphal: Indian police arrested six youth in violence-hit, BJP-ruled Manipur.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the six youth, mostly activists, were arrested during massive cordon and search operations in different parts of Manipur, Indian police said on Tuesday.
Three members of the People’s Liberation Army were arrested from the border town of Moreh in Tengnoupal district, police said. An active cadre of the United National Liberation Front (Koireng) was also arrested from Yairipok Bazar in Thoubal district, police further claimed.
