Mirwaiz pays rich tributes to Hazrat Uthman Ibn Affan (RA)

Srinagar Senior APHC leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq paid rich tributes to the third Caliph of Islam, Ameer-ul-Momineen Hazrat Uthman ibn Affan (RA), on his martyrdom anniversary.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the Mirwaiz described Hazrat Uthman (RA) as an embodiment of knowledge, forbearance, modesty, integrity, courage and generosity. He said his unparalleled services to Islam, the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and the Holy Qur’an remain unforgettable and continue to inspire generations of Muslims.
Terming him “Dhul-Nurayn, Dhul-Hijratayn and Dhul-Busharatayn”, the Mirwaiz said Hazrat Uthman (RA) holds a unique position among the Companions due to his elevated status and remarkable contributions to Islam.
Urging Muslims to renew commitment to the teachings of the Rightly Guided Caliphs, he said promoting justice, honesty, compassion, tolerance, unity and service to humanity as exemplified by Hazrat Uthman (RA) would be the most meaningful tribute on his martyrdom anniversary.
The Mirwaiz also stressed the need for intensified individual and collective efforts to address contemporary challenges facing the Muslim Ummah and contribute to societal reform.
