Indian Hindu pilgrim found dead at hotel in IIOJK
Srinagar: A 40-year-old Indian Hindu pilgrim was found dead at a hotel in Ganderbal district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the pilgrim from Indian Punjab, undertaking the annual Amarnath Yatra, was found dead at a hotel in the Sonamarg area of the district today.
The deceased was identified as Narinder Kumar of Barnala, Punjab and was staying at a hotel in Sonamarg when he was found unconscious.
According to the report, the body was shifted to the Primary Health Centre (PHC), Sonamarg, for medico-legal formalities.
Further investigation is underway, the report said.
