Indian troops kill six in separate incidents in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh

Raipur: Indian troops have been involved in two separate incidents resulting in the deaths of six individuals in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh states.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Indian army personnel, along with forces from the Bastar Fighters Cobra Battalion and the Central Reserve Police Force, engaged in an operation that led to the killing of four individuals in Gangalur, Bijapur district, Chhattisgarh.

Indian forces claimed that those killed were members of the Naxal group. The encounter was reported by Bijapur SP Jitendra Kumar Yadav.

In a similar incident, Indian forces also killed two individuals in Balaghat district, Madhya Pradesh. The deceased were allegedly Maoists, with significant bounties on their heads. One was identified as Maoist leader DVCM Sajanti, also known as Kranti, with a bounty of Rs 29 lakh, while the other was identified as Maoist Raghu, alias Sher Singh ACM, with a bounty of Rs 14 lakh. Raghu was wanted by police in three states.

These incidents further highlight the ongoing conflict and violence in these regions.
