Notices issued for attachment of more civilian property in IIOJK
Jammu: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) under New Delhi’s control has attached the property of two more civilians in Poonch district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to the Kashmir Media Service, SIA personnel, accompanied by Indian police, affixed notices on the residences of Mohammad Arshad and Mohammad Liaqat in Degwar, Terwan, and Khari Karmara areas, summoning them to appear before the court within a month.
The notices stipulate that they must present themselves before the Principal District Session Judge court in Poonch, with SIA teams posting the notices on their homes.
“Proclamation is hereby made that the two persons are required to present themselves before the court within the period of 30 days from today failing which proceedings shall be initiated against them,” read the poster.
Meanwhile, the Indian National Investigation Agency (NIA) court in Bandipora district of occupied Jammu and Kashmir affixed notices at residential houses of more persons, today.
The court issued notices to Mohammad Umar Mir, Hashir Rafiq Parray, Mohammad Jameel Sheergojri and Mohammad Iqbal Khan.
Notices of the NIA court were affixed on the outdoors of the residential houses of the Kashmiri people.
