Srinagar: The continued cordon and search operations and house raids by Indian troops in different parts of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir have badly affected daily life of the oppressed people in the territory.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the cordon and search operations and house raids are going in different areas against the pro-freedom people in the guise of maintaining so-called security during the Indian parliamentary elections in the occupied territory.

Modern gadgets including CCTVs and drones are being used by the Indian army, paramilitary, police and secret agencies to keep a watch on the movement of people.

The troops continued violent cordon and search operations in Udhampur, Kathua, Doda, Poonch and Rajouri districts, subjecting residents to severe harassment. The forces’ personnel have been put on alert in Akhnoor, Samba and other places of Jammu region.

India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency continued its crackdown operations and house raids at multiple locations in the Kashmir Valley. The NIA sleuths along with Indian paramilitary personnel conducted raids in Baramulla, Bandipora and Kupwara districts.

Dozens of persons have so far been arrested during these violent military operations.

The residents of many areas where CASOs are underway told the media that the forces’ personnel have made their lives a hell as they barge into residential houses, terrorize the inmates and vandalize the household goods.
