Need to expose Indian atrocities in IIOJK stressed

Islamabad: Leaders working abroad for the Kashmir cause, Ali Raza Syed, Sardar Muhammad Iqbal and Sardar Akhlaq Ahmed have stressed the need to expose the Indian atrocities, conspiracies and illegal activities in occupied Jammu and Kashmir to the world level.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Chairman of Kashmir Council Europe Ali Raza Syed, Member of Kashmir Committee, Saudi Arabia, Sardar Mohammad Iqbal and Chairman of Democratic Freedom Forum, France, Sardar Akhlaq Ahmad expressed these views today at the office of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir chapter in Islamabad with the Hurriyat leaders during their visit.

Ali Raza Syed said the APHC represents the collective feelings, struggles, sufferings and sacrifices of the subjugated Kashmiris. He hoped the newly elected officials of the Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir chapter would speed up their efforts for the Kashmir cause and would take all possible steps on the political and diplomatic fronts to highlight the struggle for the right to self-determination.

Sardar Muhammad Iqbal said the ugly face of India has been exposed to the world. He said a new strategy will be drawn up in consultation with the All Parties Hurriyat Conference to speed up the work on the Kashmir cause at the international level.

Sardar Akhlaq Ahmed said, “We have to move forward with a new plan of action regarding the Kashmir freedom movement.

Convener Ghulam Mohammad Safi on the occasion said, “We have to make the best use of mass media and social media to highlight the atrocities and serious violations of human rights by India in occupied Jammu and Kashmir at the international level.

He urged the Kashmiri and Pakistani expatriates in America, Europe and other countries to use all their resources to raise the Kashmir dispute in the media there. He thanked the guests and expressed his determination to fight collectively for the freedom of Kashmir.
