BJP leader threatens to slaughter two lakh Muslims in viral video
New Delhi: In another distressing incident of hate speech, a video has surfaced showing BJP leader Karnail Singh making alarming threats to slaughter 2 lakh Muslims.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Karnail Singh made the inflammatory remarks recently in front of police officers in Delhi’s Sangam Vihar area.
In the video, Singh can be heard saying, “You have 48 hours to do whatever you can. Else, whether it’s 1.5 or 2 lakh Muslims here, we will kill all of them”.
The video has gone viral on social media, sparking widespread outrage and fear among the Muslim community.
The Muslim community has filed a complaint against Singh, stating that his hate speech has created a sense of panic and fear among them. “The statement has the potential to create an untoward incident,” the complaint read. The complaint demands the immediate arrest of Singh and urges authorities to invoke the National Security Act (NSA) against him.
Despite the gravity of the situation, the Delhi Police have not yet made any arrests.
