IIOJK HC quashes illegal detention of 3 Kashmiris booked under PSA
Srinagar: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the High Court quashed detention orders issued under draconian Public Safety Act against three Kashmiri detainees.
According to Kashmir Media Service, a bench of Justice Sanjay Dhar quashed the detention orders of Ishfaq Ahmad from Shopian, and Mir Nasrullah and Mohammad Ramzan from Srinagar. The trio had been detained since 2022.
The court has directed the authorities to release them from preventive custody immediately.
