Pakistan committed to Kashmir’s freedom from Indian occupation: Defence Minister Khawaja Asif

Islamabad: Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to supporting the Kashmiri people’s struggle for freedom from Indian occupation.

According to Kashmir Media Service, speaking in the National Assembly, today, Khawaja Muhammad Asif emphasized that Pakistan’s stance on Kashmir has remained unified for 75 years.

He highlighted the ongoing Indian atrocities in occupied Jammu and Kashmir, where Kashmiris continue to fight for their right to self-determination, making immense sacrifices in the process.

The Defence Minister condemned the brutal aggression of Indian occupying forces against unarmed Kashmiris and expressed solidarity with the Kashmiri people.

In addition, Khawaja Asif denounced the Israeli brutality in Gaza, where 40,000 people have been martyred, and reaffirmed Pakistan’s steadfast support for the Palestinian cause.
