Indian forces killed two youth, a woman in Chhattisgarh
Raipur: Indian forces personnel killed three people, including a woman, in violence-hit Chhattisgarh state.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Indian forces killed two youth and a woman during a cordon and search operation in Abhujmaad area of Narayanpur district.
To conceal their human rights violations, the forces labeled the victims as Naxalites. A police official claimed the three, including a woman, were killed during an anti-Naxal operation.
A search operation is still underway in the area.
With this latest incident, the toll of Naxalites killed by Indian forces in separate operations in Chhattisgarh’s Bastar region this year has risen to 157, police said.
