Indian soldiers had occupied Jammu and Kashmir against the will of the Kashmiri people in open violation of the partition formula of the subcontinent on October 27, 1947.

Kashmiris are making many sacrifices against the illegal Indian occupation. India has been trying to suppress their struggle on the basis of force and it has killed lakhs of Kashmiris during the last 77 years.

Kashmiris are determined to carry their freedom movement to its logical conclusion despite Indian oppression.
