Muzaffarabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that during the May conflict, the Pakistan Armed Forces taught India a lesson that it will never forget.
According to Kashmir Media Service, in a speech at a ceremony held at the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in Muzaffarabad, where laptops were distributed to students, PM Shehbaz Sharif expressed his firm belief that the day would soon come when occupied Jammu and Kashmir would be liberated from Indian illegal hold, and the dream of “Kashmir will become Pakistan” would be realized. He assured that through unity and collective strength, the rightful demands of Kashmiris would be fulfilled.
The Prime Minister also announced the approval for the construction of four Danish schools in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and revealed plans to establish a Danish University in the region as well.
Earlier, PM Shehbaz Sharif officially inaugurated the first-ever cancer hospital in Azad Kashmir, developed with the collaboration of the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission. This hospital is being hailed as a historic achievement for the people of Azad Kashmir, as it is the region’s first medical facility specially dedicated to cancer treatment. It will provide advanced treatment options and care to cancer patients in the area. Located in Ambor, Muzaffarabad, the hospital is equipped with modern medical technologies and is set to offer new possibilities for cancer diagnosis, treatment, and care in the region.
The event was attended by AJK Prime Minister Raja Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, PML-N AJK President and Leader of the Opposition Shah Ghulam Qadir, former AJK Prime Minister Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan, and ministers from the Azad Kashmir Cabinet.
