Islamabad : Pakistan stands shoulder to shoulder with the Kashmiris in their just demand for self-determination of their political future and will never abandon the oppressed people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir despite the prolonged injustice and miserable conditions they face.
According to a report released by Kashmir Media Service today, Kashmir is an unfinished agenda of the partition of the subcontinent and the Two-Nation Theory. The Father of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, rightly said that Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan.
The report said the Kashmiris’ indigenous freedom struggle is part of the Pakistan movement, and that Pakistan is committed to supporting the Kashmiris’ struggle until the end of Indian illegal occupation and until they achieve freedom from Indian bondage. It added that Pakistan will continue to raise the Kashmir dispute at every international forum and will inform the world community about Indian atrocities in the occupied territory.
The report said the international community must recognize its collective responsibility toward the oppressed Kashmiris who are being caged, and help resolve the lingering dispute in accordance with United Nations Security Council resolutions. It urged the international community to raise its voice and take serious notice of the fact that the Indian BJP government has violated international law in this disputed territory. The report added that the Indian BJP government has snatched all rights, including identity, and has taken control of all civil and legal administrative institutions of the territory.
The report said a strong, stable, and economically powerful Pakistan is essential for IIOJK’s freedom from the Indian yoke. It added that the hearts of Pakistanis and Kashmiris beat in unison, and that Kashmir is destined to become a part of Pakistan.
