India’s dreaded NIA files chargesheet against two innocent Kashmiris
Srinagar: India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against two innocent Kashmiris in a false case registered against them.
The NIA filed the chargesheet, today (Tuesday) against Hilal Yaqoob Deva and Musiab Fayaz Baba before its Special Court in Jammu under various sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and draconian law Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) in the fake case registered in June 2022.
The NIA dubbed the two Kashmiris as over-ground workers of a mujahid organization.
