Parallel drawn between Hindutva and Zionism in Kashmir and Palestine perspective
Islamabad: Speakers at a seminar held in Islamabad drew a parallel between RSS’s Hindutva ideology in India and Zionist ideology in Israel against peoples of Jammu and Kashmir and Palestine and urged the international community to intervene in both regions to resolve the two disputes.
The seminar was held on the prevailing situation in Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir and occupied Palestine by Hindutva-inspired India and Zionist Israel.
Addressing on the occasion, Hurriyat leader Abdul Hameed Lone asserted that the land of Kashmir, like Palestine, is marred by bloodshed, with innocent Kashmiri youth being killed daily—a trend he attributes to India’s adoption of Zionist policies.
According to Lone, both Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are pursuing similar policies, viewing Kashmir and Palestine as two sides of the same coin. Lone went further to suggest that Indian soldiers are actively involved in fighting for Israel, and he pointed at collaboration between the Israeli Defense Forces (IOF) and Indian occupation forces in Kashmir.
He criticized the international community, claiming that the United Nations, its Security Council, and other global humanitarian organizations have neglected the serious situations in Palestine and Kashmir.
