IAF trainer aircraft crashes in West Bengal
Kolkatta: The Hawk trainer aircraft of Indian Air Force (IAF) crashed in an accident in West Bengal state in India, today.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the Hawk trainer aircraft met with an accident at Kalaikunda area of West Bengal today during a training sortie, the IAF said.
“Both the pilots ejected safely. A Court of Inquiry has been constituted to find out the cause of the accident. No loss of life or damage to civilian property,” it added.
