Avalanche warning issued for two IIOJK districts
Srinagar: The authorities have issued an avalanche warning for two districts of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) in the upcoming 24 hours.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the Jammu and Kashmir Disaster Management Authority (JKDMA) in a communique said an avalanche with medium-danger level is likely to occur above 2,200 metres over districts of Kupwara and Ganderbal districts of occupied Jammu and Kashmir in next 24 hours.
People living in these areas are advised to take precautions and avoid venturing in the avalanche prone areas till further orders.
