RSS taking control of gurdwaras across India, says Sukhbir Singh Badal
Chandigarh: Sukhbir Singh Badal, the chief of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), has said that the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has taken control of gurdwaras across India at the behest of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
According to Kashmir Media Service, while campaigning for SAD candidate Prem Singh Chandumajra in Anandpur Sahib in Punjab, Sukhbir said that the BJP’s strategy is to weaken the Akali Dal by creating divisions among communities. He said it was the modus operandi of the BJP to weaken the Akali Dal.
He said that the BJP-led Indian government has destabilized elected governments in non-BJP ruled states.
Sukhbir said, Sukhbir Badal“The RSS, supported by the BJP, has taken control over Sikh Takhts at Patna and Nanded as well as the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee. A new body has been set up to control gurdwaras in Haryana,” claimed Sukhbir”.
