Attacks on religious minorities, including Muslims, Christians, and Sikhs, have witnessed a drastic surge under the Modi-led BJP regime.
Besides, instances of extrajudicial killings, where individuals are summarily executed without due legal process, and enforced disappearances, where people vanish without explanation or legal recourse, are alarmingly on the rise across India.
