Indian police produce charge-sheet in Bemina attack case
Srinagar: Indian police in Srinagar, occupied Jammu and Kashmir have produced a charge sheet under Unlawful Activities ( Prevention ) Act registered at police station, Bemina, before the Court of Special Judge (NIA Court) in Srinagar.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Special Investigation Team (SIT) of police produced the charge-sheet in NIA Court against four persons allegedly involved in an attack in Hamdaniya Colony, Bemina, during December 2023 in which one police constable was killed.
The four persons identified are Mehnan Khan, Imtiyaz Ahmad Khanday, Danish Ahmad Malla and Arjumand Gulzar.
