Indian troops continue cordon & search operations in various IIOJK districts
Jammu: Indian troops have continued cordon and search operations in Doda, Reasi, Rajouri and Kathua districts of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Indian army, paramilitary and police personnel continued operations in Gandoh, Chattargalla and other hilly areas of Doda district.
The Indian forces’ personnel have also stepped up military operations in forest areas of Teryath in Reasi district and surrounding forests in Kalakote tehsil of Rajouri district.
Searches also continued in some areas of Hiranagar sector in Kathua district.
Indian troops have so far arrested over 100 people in their intensified crackdown operations in various areas of the Jammu region in the last few days. Besides arresting people, the troops are subjecting the residents to severe intimidation and harassment during these operations.
